Total Weight Loss since Week 1:
16lbs! YAY!
I know that is worth celebrating although sometimes I get frustrated and think GEEZZ all this work that number should be doubled! And then I think "shut up Ashley!" Thats 16lbs for me not to worry about anymore!
I talk to myself a great deal.
I also starting measuring myself as well. Folks, I didn't love it. Seeing those awful numbers! For me though all these measurements have been key. When I start to get frustrated I think of any progress and then I keep moving forward! So here are my total losses since Week 1 until now!
Boobs- 2 inches!
Waist- 5 inches!!
Hips- 2.5 inches!
Total= 9.5 inches!
(yes, boobs! not breast! I think you should reach a certain age before you refer to them otherwise.)
In Week 4 I decided to start measuring my legs. I really really really want skinny legs! Even before I ever thought of losing weight I had massive calf muscles and out of everything for me to be self conciense of they probably bothered me more than anything. So here is my total losses from Week 4 until now!
Thighs- 1.5 inches!
Calves- 1.5 inches!
Total= 3inches!
This week I started measuring my arms. Right now they are 13 inches!!!!! AHH! As my cousin Sherry says, "Hulk Hogan Arms" but not in a good way.
I'm pleased to see these results I hadn't added up totals like that from week 1 so now i'm pumped up! It's not been easy but its been worth it! A long time ago I started praying and asking to help me help myself to do this! And he has! Praise his name! We can do this ya'll!!
On another note I tried some PB2. And my review of it is... "it'll do." Thats about all I have to say about it. I mixed some up and dipped some apple slices in it... and again it will work. Not impressed though. I'm going to try the chocolate kind and see if it will "do" any better.
