And then came Friday.
A disaster.
I had 1 biscuit with gravy, and then throughout the day I managed to top off a box of wheat thins! I absolutely could not stop ya'll!! and LAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZYYYYY does not describe how unproductive I was. I sat on the couch until time to take a shower around 4:00. OH but it gets better...
My friends, Kayla aka KBZ, Michelle aka Meeshellz, and my friend Heather who I havent given a nick name to yet... its coming though! Went to a Ladies meeting to see our old pastor, Terry Marshall. We had never been to one of these meetings and we didn't know what to expect. We thought it would be a church meeting but it was more low key and we wore too many dressy clothes and after the message they had snacks. A LOT OF SNACKS. GOOOOOD SNACKS.... When I say snacks I dont mean fruit and veggie trays.... I mean fattening snacks like this....
I even drank that pop! It was the first real pop I'd had since I began this back in Jan. Shame. So I ate all of this and it was delicious and then turns out it was someones birthday! So that led to this:
Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cake. And I loved every morsel.
For whatever reason I went wild! I have a cheat meal every week but its usually not to this degree. But ya know what OH WELL! Even after I ate all of this junk... I knew for sure I would have gained 30lbs. but guess what. I didnt gain a pound. Thank goodness. So my advice is indulge and enjoy yourself when you go out with friends but maybe pace yourself a little bit better then me. Lesson Learned.
So with my indulgence I came straight home and started Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred. It's tough for folks like me! Lucky for me my friend Heather came over and did the work out with me. This is us before:

Then we start the work out. Now Level 1 was no piece of cake for me, but I had gotten within the 10 days to where I could complete it without wanting to cut my limbs off or jump off of a bridge so I wouldn't ever have to do it again. So I didn't go into level 2 thinking it would be just a "little" bit harder to do. oh.my.gosh. I bout croaked but the good thing is. We made it through the whole thing!! I've even managed to get my butt up and do it again today before work! This was when i finished.
